Who we are

Atlas Labs is a trading name of CYK Enterprises Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 10348704), registered office Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about it go to chetan@atlas-labs.ai.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, company (if you give it) and whatever you write in your message.

When you browse the site: anonymous, aggregated usage figures (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to run and secure the site.

The site stores your light or dark theme choice in your own browser. It never leaves your device.

Why we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering a question you chose to send us. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides the analytics.
Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
Zoho Corporation hosts our email.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to two years after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires for a business relationship.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email chetan@atlas-labs.ai and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
